The role of a life coach is to support, encourage, nurture and mentor their client to set and reach their goals.

My passion is helping women who are in a pivotal stage of life step forward with confidence and courage to create the life they crave. Women who are changing paths, starting new ventures, recovering from trauma, and creating new futures for themselves often need guidance, direction and support to step into their full selves. My role is to meet you where you are and walk beside you as you attain your goals. Together we will ensure that you attain your vision for your life.

I specialize in working with women who are post divorce and ready to move on physically, financially, spiritually and energetically. Fully recovering from a divorce requires time and attention to intentionally release the pain, trauma and grief of the dream you had for yourself. My role is to help you achieve your goals and step into a new chapter feeling fully resourced and excited by the future.


Reiki for your mind, body & soul.

Reiki (ray-key) is a Japanese energy healing modality that brings balance back to your mind, body and soul. During a Reiki session the practitioner acts as a conduit for the Universal Life Force Energy to flow through you and promote healing for your greatest good. Reiki restores, revitalizes and soothes us when and where we are depleted by stress and illness in our lives. Reiki is beneficial to everyone and can be used as routine self-care or as a compliment to medical or psychological treatment.

Reiki is a natural, non-invasive, and holistic healing modality that promotes a peaceful, calm more balanced sense of well being in the recipient. It is beneficial and safe for everyone of any age.

A daily meditation practice is the single most important thing you can do for yourself. This ancient practice is an act of radical self care. For centuries people have been sitting alone and in groups to quiet their minds and reconnect with themselves. This simple but not always easy habit will enable you to be more present, sleep deeper, be kinder, focus better, feel happier, decrease pain, improve health, perform better, have greater perspective, make better choices, feel calmer, love more readily, release anger and most importantly return to your true self.

Everyone can meditate and no two meditations look the same. There is no right or wrong way. You can learn to meditate or deepen your existing practice through individual coaching or by joining a group.
